Welcome to the Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel meeting for Thursday 19 December 2024. This panel has been appointed by the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces and the Council to determine certain categories of development applications. My name is Anthony Hudson and I'm the chairperson for today's panel. The other panellists with me today are James Harrison and Philip North, both expert members, and Laura Scriven, who is a community representative. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land, the Dharug people , their elders past and present. As a courtesy , if anyone is here outside of the Council or any members of the public, would you keep your microphones on mute at all times unless you're called on to speak.
The meeting is audio visually recorded. Any part of this meeting that is held in a closed session is not recorded. In terms of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, this may involve the recording of personal information provided at the time of the meeting. The recordings are made to assist staff in compiling the minutes of the meeting and to enable the podcasting and live stream of Local Planning Panel meetings. Under the panel's code of conduct, panel members are required to disclose any pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests in relation to matters on today's agenda. Each panellist has completed disclosed forms. I have no conflicts, and each of the other panel members have disclosed that they have no conflicts, so that's not an issue, and forms have been completed accordingly.
We've got two matters on the agenda. The first one is 10 Mulgrave Road, Mulgrave, and the second one is an administrative matter about the Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel meeting dates. So turning to the first matter of 10 Mulgrave Road, Mulgrave, there's no registered speakers, but is anyone, members of the public, wanting to say anything about this matter? The answer is no.
