Agenda item chapter 1
1. Welcome and Moved Into Closed Session
The panel has been convened by the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces and the Council to determine certain categories of development applications. My name is Mary Lynn Taylor and I am the chairperson for today's panel. The other panelists with me today are Greg Woodams and Graham Brown, who are the expert planning panel members, and Preeti Karan, who is your community representative today. I would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land of the Darug people, their elders past and present. This meeting is being audiovisually recorded. Any part of the meeting that is held in a closed session will not be recorded. In the terms of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, this may involve the recording of personal information provided at the time of the meeting.
The recordings are made to assist staff in compiling the minutes of the meeting and to enable the podcasting and live stream of local planning panel meetings. Under the panel's code of conduct, panel members are required to disclose any pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary interests in relation to matters on today's agenda, and each panellist has completed disclosure forms. I declare that I personally have no conflict of interests. I will now ask each of the panel members whether they have any conflicts of interests to declare.
Expert panel member Graham Brown.

Thank you very much. The panel will deal with items in agenda order. The determinations of the panel will be confirmed in the official minutes, which will be available on the Council's website. On the agenda today is the item known as 2.1.1, which is a DA for a telecommunications facility, that's a monopole, at Lot 41, DP 38137, 81 Barambaing Crest, Barambaing.
There are speakers for that one. Nobody's going to speak,
I'm sorry.
And following that there will be an item discussing slab barns and outbuildings for heritage listed planning proposal. No registered speakers for that item either.
So the meeting is now closed.
