Good morning. Welcome to the Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel meeting this Wednesday, 16 September 2026. This panel has been appointed by the Minister for Planning and Public Places and the Council to determine certain categories of development applications and give advice about planning proposals. My name is Anthony Hudson and I'm the chairperson for today's panel. The other panellists is Mr Greg Woodhams, expert representative, Ms Elizabeth Kincaid, expert representative, and Ms Katrina Hiltbrunner, community member. The panel begins by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land, the Darug people, their elders past and present. As a courtesy, if you keep your microphones on mute at all times unless you're called on to speak by myself.

The meeting is audio visually recorded, and any part of the meeting that's held in closed session is not recorded. I don't think there's going to be any public part, so we don't need to mention the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act. Under the panel's code of conduct, panel members are required to disclose pecuniary interests. No one has disclosed. We've all completed the forms and no panel member has disclosed a conflict of interest. The panel has only one matter on the agenda, which is a planning proposal, and this planning proposal will be held in confidential session. So we'll be moving into confidential session in a moment. In that confidential session, we will be hearing from representatives from the proponents of the planning proposal.

The panel will, after hearing from those people, the panel will then go into its own confidential session to consider the planning proposal and to provide advice to the Council, and that advice to the Council will be at the minutes of our meeting, which will be on the Council's website in the next few days. And the planning proposal we have before us is LEP 001/26, Belmont Park 135-61-63 Grose River Road, Grose Wold. And that said, we will now go into a confidential session.
